Dawn of the dead design:
Design your way out of a
zombie apocalypse.

 

Insight

IKEA reveals 98% of home furnishings are renewable, recyclable or recycled.

Proposition

To communicate to an audience that IKEA is the safest place to survive a zombie apocalypse.

Strategy

With main communication released, the survivor’s will have plenty of objectives and rules to go by when in an IKEA.
So they don’t get bored and stay safe.

 
 

Campaign roll-out

 

Activation

An outbreak of a virus occurs and infects people which turns them into zombies.

Launch

- Promo released on social media and TV.
- Text message sent out.
- Print advertisements up.

Post Launch

- Radio broadcast.
